Prior to founding EWS, Mr. Williams served as the CEO of one of the fastest growing cost reduction firms in the country (an “Inc. 500” winner for three consecutive years). He has been a popular national public speaker for over 20 years and has specialized in corporate cost reduction of waste management and recycling expenses for almost 15 years. Mr. Williams has been featured in Inc., Entrepreneur, Business Start-Ups, and Opportunity Magazines discussing his cutting-edge cost reduction techniques. He is highly regarded as a leader in corporate cost reduction and founded this industry of waste management consulting. Mr. Williams has a BS in Economics and Business Law. |

Mrs. Diana Shapiro
COO
Mrs. Shapiro came to EWS in 2001 with over 15 years of “Corporate America” sales experience. She is responsible for the overall day to day management of the company and reports directly to Mr. Williams. Mrs. Shapiro manages the team of National Sales Directors that aid EWS Affiliates in closing joint venture accounts. She is also responsible for managing the staff that screens new prospective EWS Affiliates. Prior to EWS, Mrs. Shapiro ran her own successful EWS Affiliate business in Southern California. She has worked in Corporate Sales for Merrill Lynch, Spherion Corporation, and Capital Management Sciences selling stocks & bonds, technology solutions, and fixed income portfolio analytic software. She has a BBA with a minor in Exercise Science from The University of Massachusetts at Amherst. |

Mr. Doug Maher
VP of Operations
Mr. Maher virtually grew up in the waste business, and now has over 15 years professional experience in the solid waste and recycling industry. He is responsible for managing EWS's Account Management Team - the largest division of EWS. Mr. Maher and his staff is charged with working with the joint venture clients that EWS Affiliates bring to EWS in order to uncover the errors and savings opportunities in those clients' accounts. With a keen eye toward budgeting, cost control, and financial processes, projections and efficiencies, Mr. Maher provides a positive and powerful impact on the profitability of the joint venture accounts brought to EWS by its Affiliates. Mr. Maher was promoted from VP of Affiliate Support. |

Mr. Russell Williams
VP of Client Relations
Mr. Williams joined EWS with over 17 years of experience as a project manager overseeing corporate and retail construction and restructuring projects. Coupled with a Bachelor of Science from the University of Texas, his attention to detail and desire to exceed the expectations of his clients makes him the ideal person to manage EWS’s Account Services Team. Mr. Williams and his staff are responsible for providing continued support to our joint venture clients. Their job begins after the initial savings are realized to ensure that the savings continue and even increase over the life of our relationship with our clients. Mr. Williams and his team are experts at anticipating and resolving issues related to the on-going success of our savings opportunities. |

Ms. Sherry Barshaw
Controller
Ms. Barshaw joined EWS in 1999 after spending over 15 years in management and finance. She is responsible for the supervision and execution of all the company's internal and external financial reporting. Her vast operational experience also makes her uniquely qualified to manage the daily operation of the billing and finance departments. |

Ms. Susana Perez
Director of Affiliate Support
Ms. Perez joined EWS in 2004 with a background in sales and training. She is responsible for managing the EWS Support Division, which oversees the EWS Affiliate network in their local practices as well as aiding them in generating joint venture accounts. With over 10 years of business experience, she continues to motivate, train, and impart industry knowledge to the EWS Affiliate base in their ongoing businesses. |
